This one may have been done so sporadically over a course of a few years that I lost sight of where it should go. So, I let it off here and could do no more. The room was about a comfortable stillness sitting inside static. The static being the wax which is layered and scraped off over the entire piece. The stillness and nothingness is what sits behind the static, the foundation of the painting. There was a going back and fourth about the title, from ‘room of here and now’ to ‘room of clay’. The title will probably turn back to ‘ room of here and now’.
